@Lenslinger If you are a news photog of a certain age, you probably have followed a DEA team/ local drug task force into a home with a camera on your shoulder… it was exciting but i’m glad they ended that practice…

I've followed SWAT cops into crowded crack houses with my lens aloft and gotten less stink-eye than I've received while posted up outside this small town business currently embroiled in controversy. It's enough to make a photog put some pants on.

How ‘photog’ am I? When I cut my lawn, I’m careful not to break the axis. My garage is a mess, but rest assured, the lighting is on point. I bought a weed-eater solely because of the sound it makes. And finally... I can clean the gutters in the same outfit I wore to work.

So this showed up in the @WLWT newsroom today… Not gonna lie, I kind of dig it! Mostly a cinnamon taste with a little heat from the @Skyline_Chili spices. Definitely lives up to the @graeters standard of creaminess… I would add xtra oyster crackers #Sweet&Salty

@Lenslinger lol. Boss asked if I wanted to go cover this storm for our station group… I told them that covering a hurricane was on my bucket list until I covered Florence a few years ago… I’ve never been so wet and so miserable for so long… it’s no longer on my list.

I used to LOVE covering hurricanes. I’d storm into the boss’s office and demand to be sent to the coast. They always obliged. Yeah, I used to LOVE covering hurricanes. I also used to love Snapple and hair metal, but middle age took care of that too. Y’all be careful out there.
