3) The fact that all of this happens in iMessage is what makes this work. @interaction @PhotonHQ and others have noticed this as well. I find myself very quickly tuning out app notifications - there are simply too many that pile up too quickly - but iMessage grabs my attention. In other words, notifications' utility as a 'prompt' has weakened - but texts really work. @bjfogg's Behavior Model is a good reference here: “Behavior happens when Motivation, Ability, and a Prompt come together at the same time. When a behavior does not occur, at least one of those three elements is missing.” @tomo is a reliable and strong prompter that hits at different points along the motivation/ability curve to push real and durable behavior change.

I've been using @tomo for almost a year now. Here's my honest experience so far, having tried other AI in text guys like @interaction as well.
