Hey @PhoxWater really love your product. Much better than a Britta. Tea tastes much nicer. One thing, we ordered the 12 month refil and only got 4 felt pads. When we got the 3 month one there were 3. How many should we get? Do they get swapped every 45 days or 90? Cheers

@PhoxWater received my water jug but there are no filter packs/felt bag/disk in the box at all. Just the jug, so I can’t use it.

@PhoxWater I’m really frustrated with my Phox Water filter, it gets blocked each time I fill it. Running water through it upside down doesn’t work any more so I have to give it a bang while it’s upside down and three times now the filter contents have emptied all over the sink.

@PhoxWater I love these bottles, but tge rubber seals don't appear to have lasted. They now leak grrrr

@PhoxWater Love idea of refillable cartridges, so bought 12 mths supply of clean version. Disappointed after less than 2mths use I have limescale building up on kettle lid & spout which I never had with my brita filter in last 2 years so looks like I’ll have to go back to brita.

With your filter it’s boiled before 1/4 of the water has filtered.

@PhoxWater just got my first filter. Im finding the flow rate notably slower than a normal Brita filter. Is this to ex expected? For example I can normally put water in the top of my empty kettle, turn the kettle on, and the water will not boil before all of it has filtered.

@JennieWren56 It can't be composted but some people use it as drainage for their plants :)

How do I get an image of an Amazon delivererer, who dumped my goods on the step+did not ring, so I did not know they were there? He claimed he had handed them to me: he hadn’t. I wanted to go out and was waiting until the parcel was safely delivered. I have a ‘ring’ bell+camera.
