Now here’s the shocking part… Instead of simply verifying my identity (which I had FULL proof of ID AND passport in hand), your staff decided the solution was to charge me R790 just to "edit" my name on your own system error. Let that sink in… 👉 YOUR system error 👉 MY money And I say that because I booked with my full names and your staff said maybe it's because my names are long.. I even escalated the matter to the supervisor on duty, expecting some level of professionalism or assistance… but instead, she showed zero willingness to help and proceeded to enforce this ridiculous charge like it’s normal practice. How do you justify charging a customer R790 for something that and paying huge sums of rands to book my flights, something that • Was NOT my fault • Could be verified instantly with official documents • Took literally seconds to fix This is not customer service, this is exploitation, in fact u stealing from us. We are already paying high ticket prices, and now we must budget extra for your internal mistakes too? 😭 I am formally demanding a full refund of R790 back into my account within 24 hours. CO2 is driving a wave of new plant life northwards into the formerly barren wastelands of the northern boreal forests. These are the perennially snow covered landscapes of the Taiga and the tundra. Combined, it forms the greatest living and carbon-sequestering biome on the planet. NASA's latest update of VIIRS vegetation data (from March 17, 2026) also provides higher-resolution 'proof' of this green explosion, showing that tundra 'greenness' just hit its third-highest level in 26 years. The frozen Arctic isn't melting away, it's just awakening from hibernation. The latest 2026 satellite data from NASA and NOAA confirms that four of the five 'greenest' years in the last half-century have occurred since 2020. The NOAA Arctic Report Card (from 2025-26) reveals that tundra greenness has reached its third-highest value in the 26 years of satellite records. Long-term GIMMS satellite data also show that four of the five highest greening values in the last 43 years all occurred since 2020.
