#Niji7 ✖︎ @Hailuo_AI The hand doing the punching switches between right and left, and the ropes are all over the place, but don't mind that. Don't sweat the small stuff—just have fun! #HailuoCPP

To start, you need to generate source images of your characters in different settings. I used Midjourney with style and omni reference to get the look and character right, then made minor edits (like removing bags) in Nano Banana.

Building in public, for me, also means showing the invisible work: -outreach -silence -adjustments Not just finished videos.

99% quit after day 3. or day 7. or the first week nobody notices them. not because it “doesn’t work.” but because they never had a real goal to begin with. they just copied the vibe. motivation fades fast. clarity doesn’t. when it stops being exciting, that’s when it actually starts counting. I'm on day 4 and holding strong!

Right now my main job isn’t creativity. It’s: refining the offer understanding clients finding the first real projects.

@anthonyvending In the end, regret hurts more than failure. At least failure means you tried. You can recover from a loss. It’s much harder to recover from a “what if.” Failure is temporary. Regret stays longer than we expect.

Stop asking, "What if I fail?" Start asking, "What if I don't try?" Because in 5 years you'll either: 1. Regret not starting today 2. Be thankful you did The choice is yours.

@Pierre_tmb I’ll be posting it on the Workman Labs YouTube channel. I’m just building the current pipeline and then I’ll make a few episodes

with Generative Filmmaking, I'm interseted in ONE THING... narrative performances. THIS is the bread and butter and the make or break for any story. small screen test for the main characters of "Rogue School" my little AI web series. little height flip flop here, just my fault with the references and different voices. but using the new @Kling_ai character elements I'm getting what I want from this scene and the characters are sticking well I've been tesing MANY other models and they do not handle this as well on many fronts

I’m not selling “AI”. I want to help startups and brands produce videos faster, test more ideas, and iterate without huge budgets.

AI tools make production faster. But they also expose something quickly: if your idea isn’t clear, the output won’t be either.

@Pierre_tmb quiet stages are where systems get built. traction shows up later if the reps stay consistent

The early stage of a studio is quiet. No audience. No traction yet. No proof. So you produce, you reach out, you adjust. That’s the work.

Starting a studio today doesn’t begin with a film. It begins with: -a clear offer -fast iterations -and a lot of outreach.

If anyone can copy your process with a single prompt, nobody needs to hire you. Be unreplicable. The more effort required, the more clients retained.
