But if you know Pierson, you also know that no one works harder or is more prepared. First time I met him, he was doing dry throws and visualization work on a backfield in Fort Myers. @AaronRozek Have had this thought countless times. If every time you went out to throw and the radar gun was showing mid 90’s would your body adapt? I think there is evidence in other areas in life to support the argument. Why not physical performance? Is there harm in lying to yourself??

Reading “You are the placebo” by Dr. Joe Dispenza, and it has me thinkin Is our subconscious stopping guys w/poor command, poor velo from performing better? Is there someway to trick the subconscious into thinking you’re a command guy or throw harder, leading to better results?
