The Democratic Party declared that forbidding girls from drawing a boundary between themselves and any boy who said they were a girl was the civil rights movement of the 21st century. They began propagandizing children from the earliest age that any of them could change sex, that some boys were born girls and that refusing them entry into athletic competition against girls or keeping them out of changing rooms with girls was a form of cruelty and abuse tantamount to racial segregation that would result in the suicide of those boys. They deployed state power at every level of government to mandate this prohibition all across the country and to gaslight girls like Ella Frei that if they resisted the civil rights movement of the 21st century, all of them would be complicit in the suicides of the boys. They were subjected to one of the most odious and dishonest state-mandated gaslighting campaigns in American history. And now some of them are fighting back.

I've received a statement from Emanuel Brünisholz, who starts a ten-day prison sentence in Switzerland tomorrow for saying that men and women have different skeletons. You can write to the Swiss Federal Dept of Justice and police at info@gs-ejpd.admin.ch to protest this disgraceful situation. ******* In 2022, I wrote on Facebook that a human skeleton can only be male or female. I pointed out that if, two centuries from now, someone were to unearth the remains of today’s LGBTQI people, they would find nothing but male or female skeletons. To imagine that one would find anything other than male or female struck me as a fantasy divorced from reason, so I described it as a a mentally ill idea.  For that remark I was fined 500 Swiss francs. I refused to pay, and so, on the 2nd of December 2025, I will serve ten days in prison. It is worth noting that, legally speaking, this prison sentence is not a punishment for refusing to pay the fine. Instead, the prison sentence is an alternative way to be punished for the Facebook post itself. I have chosen to trade a monetary fine for time behind bars. I am fully prepared to go to prison, if that is what it takes to expose the absurdity and authoritarianism of the trans ideology that has now taken root in Switzerland. I intend to face it with good humour; I will not let myself be bent or broken by those who hope to silence me through pressure or intimidation. That, after all, is their aim: to wear me down until I fall quiet. I have no intention of doing so. The LGBTQ+ movement behaves like a zealous sect. They try to brand me a homophobe to shut me up. I am nothing of the sort. I repair wind instruments for a living, and I come from a left-wing, tolerant household. What troubles me is watching the activists in that movement exploit ordinary LGB people for political ends that strike me as dangerous nonense. These tactics have begun to cast a long shadow over Switzerland and Europe alike, as a kind of woke dictatorship.  My thanks go to Graham Linehan, who understands this battle all too well. I’m sure you all remember Avery Jackson, the “trans girl” who, at 9, was on the cover of National Geographic in January of 2017. Avery was given the gold standard in gender affirming care: he was chemically castrated and sterilized with “blockers” to hold off male puberty. Now Avery has come out as “nonbinary” and chosen not to pursue transition, meaning that his puberty was blocked for no reason — but that’s not the worst part. He also identifies as asexual, meaning that he doesn’t experience sexual attraction. This is undoubtedly the result of the medication used to delay male puberty. The president of WPATH, Dr, “Marci” Bowers, has said on camera that so-called puberty blockers, which are used to chemically castrate sex offenders, chemically castrate the young boys who take them as well, leaving them incapable of arousal or orgasm. For adult sex offenders, the process is reversible. For boys like Avery, the effects are permanent. He will never feel sexual attraction, or any of the experiences that accompany it. He is also completely sterile; he will never father a child, and his own childhood was spent in the national spotlight. The blockers he was given have also stunted his physical and mental development in irreversible ways. We know from the experiences of other “trans” children that he will never sexually mature - neither physically nor emotionally. All of these things were stolen from him, and he has said that transitioning “ruined my life.” It’s high time that we stop pretending that children can make an informed decision to transition or take blockers, even if their doctors are honest about the risks and consequences — which most are not. Blockers are not a pause button. They are not reversible. The intellectual deficits they cause will never repair themselves, and neither will the damage done to the child victim’s body, or to their emotional intelligence and maturity. This will, of course, make it easier to push them into transitioning; ie, to sell them hormones and provide surgical alterations. Parents like Avery’s, who try to monetize their child’s struggles with gender identity, belong in prison, not on television, and so do the doctors and politicians who were complicit in his chemical castration and sterilization.

Of course the suicide claim is an odious lie, a self-evident absurdity that no remotely numerate person would entertain for a moment. (Over a half-decade, out of 15K British youth on the waiting list for the UK's only pediatric gender clinic, a total of four children committed suicide.) Of course even if it were true, it is a nonsequitur that has zero bearing on whether boys should compete against girls in sports rather than in their own sex category. In neither case would male or female athletes be responsible for anyone ending their lives anymore than a coach who cut a student who feels like he cannot live without being on a varsity athletic team is responsible for that death. Of course it's the same cheap emotional blackmail and bullying from a cult that brainwashes children to yearn to be chemically castrated and dismembered and programs them to coerce parents into consenting to the sterilization of their children with threats of suicide being deployed by a major candidate for the governorship of California. Of course Tom Steyer is indifferent to whether anybody is being helped or harmed by his ridiculous grandstanding, or whether what he is saying is false or true. Of course he is content to know nothing, repeat mindless talking points handed to him the woke staffers, and bask in his virtue and goodness. All of it reveals a person devoid of moral and epistemic integrity who has no business leading anything.
