@stuart_lawless Been making Viognier for approx 14 vintages now, very small volumes. Pick as early as possible, to ensure it doesn’t get overripe and unctuous. Think yellow peach and apricot’s.

There is a lot of Mourvèdre grown in Australia, however most of it is blended. Our Gills Farm is a fabulous chance to try this lovely varietal on it’s own. Medium bodied, cherry and cranberry aromas with a hint of clove and all spice 🍷
