@EmuHp @WomanACT This tweet is inaccurate. The law that was appealed had to do with people being in a state of temporary psychosis due to drugs. This law just stopped people from using this affirmative defense. This law being gone doesn't allow drunken sexual assault.

@JPalummieri @geekyginge @dccarles @teodorapasca @WomanACT I don't know how you feel you have a right to comment on a serious women's rights issue. It is difficult enough to come forward as a victim.. this ruling creates an even larger gray area for victims to achieve the justice they deserve.

@teodorapasca @WomanACT Intoxication is not a defence when driving while intoxicated therefore should not be a defence in other crimes especially sex assault or other violent crimes.
