“Jews are God’s Chosen People!”
No, believers in Christ are God’s Chosen People (1 Peter 2:9, Galatians 3:26,29), Christ-rejecting “Jews” are liars and antichrists (1 John 2:22-23).
“The Jews are back in the promised land!”
No, The Promised Land is Heaven, which only believers in Christ are heirs to (John 14:6, Galatians 3:29, Luke 1:33, John 18:36, Hebrews 11:8-10,13-16, Hebrews 12:22-24, Ephesians 2:11-19, Romans 4:13). The physical land of Canaan isn’t The Promised Land.
“Israel is the lion of Judah!”
No, Christ is the lion of Judah.
“Genesis 12:3 says we need to bless Israel or we’ll be cursed!”
No, Genesis 12:2-3 was a promise of Christ through Abraham to be a blessing to the nations (Galatians 3), and Christ commands us at a minimum to shake off the dust of our feet as a testimony against Christ rejecters, and to separate ourselves from them (Matthew 10:14-15, Mark 6:11, Galatians 4:30, 2 Corinthians 6:14).
“Jesus was a Jew!”
No, Jesus is God and an Israelite of the tribe of Judah through David, and modern “Jews” are not the ethnicity, religion, or equivalence of Jesus. It’s not that Jesus wasn’t a Jew; it’s more correct to say modern “Jews” aren’t Israelites.
“Jesus practiced Judaism! Jews follow the Laws of Moses! They’re fulfilling prophecy!”
Christianity is The Way of the LORD of the Old Testament, and Christ is the fulfillment of the Laws of Moses and the prophecies (John 1:1-14, John 5:46-47, Matthew 5:17). Judaism is The Way of the Jews (Galatians 1:13-14), the religion of the Pharisees, and those who follow The Way of the Jews and don’t recognize Christ are of their father the devil (John 8:37-47).
“Salvation is from the Jews!”
No, salvation is through Christ, who, again, was an Israelite of the tribe of Judah which is what John 4:22 means.
“Non-Jews were grafted into Jews!”
No, the nations were grafted into Christ, who is the root and the vine, and Christ rejecters are dead branches cut off from the root/vine of Christ and burned (John 15:1-6, Romans 11:18-21).
“Don’t boast against the branches!”
They’re not the branches; they’re a multinational mix of latter day Christ rejecters, and even Christ-rejecting Israelites are cut off from the promise.
“Prophecy says the temple will be rebuilt!”
No, we are the temple that Christ resides in, and Christ foretold the physical temple being destroyed in AD70 (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, Matthew 24:2).
“God hasn’t cast away his people! All Israel will be saved after the fullness of the Gentiles comes in! God doesn’t break his promises to the Jews! ROMANS 11!”
There are zero Old Testament prophecies that state “every nation other than modern Jews comes in first, then Jews get jealous and believe”. Every prophecy says the nations and Israel and Judah come in to worship together.
After the Assyrian sieges of the Kingdoms of Israel and Judah, all that remained were a few thousand Israelites in Jerusalem.
Of the descendants of those few thousand, 1/3rd accepted Christ and brought the gospel to the nations, and 2/3rds rejected Him and were cut off and burned, dying spiritually (Zech 13:8-9, John 15:1-6).
Modern “Jews” are spiritually descended from those cut off and burned.
But ALL Israel, the physical descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, became or blended into the nations after Assyrian captivity, and all Israel was saved when the gospel was brought to the nations.
If you’re a “Christian” Zionist, you reject Christ. Like the Pharisees, you see “Jews” in the Bible instead of Christ. You are of your father the devil.
