@AmazonHelp I'm facing an issue where I'm not receiving the full refund amount for an order I cancelled and never received. Can you please help me? I've contacted customer service by phone about 10 times and they tell me I'm lying and that I will not receive a full amount.

@amazon Amazon will not provide refunds for expensive items so do not buy from them! The customer service team is terrible and is telling me that I'm lying and will not provide me a full refund for an order I cancelled and never received.
