@TheRawSol I was given prednisone for an allergic reaction when I underwent allergy testing many moons ago. Haven’t been the same since taking it. Doctors nor the pharmacist let me know anything about the medication and this was before the internet that we know today.

I went to the doctor asking for blood tests, as I’ve been experiencing some minor MCAS and histamine issues. She denied certain tests because she “didn’t think they were necessary,” prescribed me Prednisone, and sent me on my way. I said I didn’t want to be taking steroids and she ignored me, told me to just take it, and explained none of the side effects, which can potentially be very severe and long lasting. Absolutely insane. This was a great reminder of how important it is to take your health into your own hands and do your own research.

@james_xond If I don’t like someone’s perfume or cologne I put distance between us. I’ve been told to not wear any essential oils. Even people who didn’t have issues my first year there suddenly have issues. Issue is larger than me.

@james_xond My coworkers have issues when I use and wear essential oils but they can wear and even spray the crap they use in the office like it’s nothing and doesn’t bother anyone. At least mine is pure and not synthetic while theirs is all synthetic. 🤦‍♀️

Do you think a boss has the right to tell an employee to stop wearing a certain perfume because coworkers find the smell too strong or distracting?

Ladies, if this was your skincare routine in the 80s, how are you doing now? The Sea Breeze astringent could take the paint off the side of a boat, and that Apricot scrub took off layers of my skin that I'll never get back. And the Noxema? Like putting Vicks Vapo Rub on your face.

@Be_like_legend Yes I’ve never felt like I belong and I never knew why. As I’m older I am learning not to care but it did bother me a ton when I was younger.

Does anyone else with ADHD feel like they’re always just slightly on the outside of every friend group, no matter how hard they try? You’re there. You laugh at the jokes. You show up. But you still feel… one step removed. Like you’re watching the connection happen instead of fully being in it. Not looking for pity. Just wondering if anyone else has always felt like they’re present but not really ”there”.

Your brain is collecting things you can't see. - Mercury from old fillings, fish, and other sources. - Lead from old paint, old pipes, and decades of leaded fuel still sitting in the soil. - Aluminum from geoengineering, antiperspirants, and processed foods. - Cadmium from cigarette smoke, contaminated water, and industrial emissions. These metals don't pass through. They bind to brain tissue. They sit there. They accumulate quietly for decades. Research published across multiple peer-reviewed journals has documented what they do once they're inside: - Disrupt neurotransmitter function - Trigger oxidative stress and neuroinflammation - Interfere with celluar energy production - Promote protein misfolding linked to neurodegenerative disease - Replace essential minerals like zinc, magnesium, and iron in critical enzymes The symptoms most people blame on aging: 1. Brain fog 2. Mood swings 3. Memory slips 4. Word-finding trouble 5. Tremors or restlessness 6. Anxiety with no clear cause 7. Fatigue that sleep doesn't fix A 2025 narrative review in Healthspan summarized the link clearly: Chronic exposure to mercury, lead, aluminum, arsenic, and cadmium is associated with the development of neurological conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases. The body has its own clearing system. But it needs the right inputs to run. What supports it: - Healthy gut bacteria (they bind metals before absorption) - Sulfur-rich foods (garlic, onions, cruciferous vegetables) - Adequate glutathione (your master antioxidant) - Sweating regularly (sauna, exercise, sun) - Cilantro and chlorella - Clean water What slows it down: Constipation Chronic stress Liver congestion Nutrient deficiencies (zinc, magnesium, selenium) I've spent 30 years learning that most "mystery" symptoms aren't mysteries. They're signals. Comment METALS and I'll send you a free copy of my book including the chapter on detoxification protocols I've used and shared for decades. P.S. You MUST follow me first so I can DM you.

My 5-year-old son, John Michael, was rushed to the hospital today… and now he’s being airlifted to Seattle Children’s. Trying to stay strong, but my heart is breaking. 💔🙏

One of the things I look forward to the most after the long wait for our $IQD and $XRP investments to pay off is having the ability to eat out at restaurants daily. Such a simple pleasure to enjoy every day. MAHA needs to hurry up though, not trying to consume seed oils 24/7. Clarity Act 2.0… seed oil ban and ignite the institutional adoption of TALLOW COOKIN!

Texas is about to get plum smacked by some very large hail and high winds tomorrow. We have a Level 3 risk in place for Sunday and these storms could produce egg size hail or BIGGER. Make sure you have a way to get warnings and protect your vehicles.

@TraderGirlQ I’m so sorry. Learned that many moons ago when I was sick. It was a hard lesson to learn but a very real one and glad I learned it. There’s light on the other side. Hope y’all feel better soon.

It's been about 2 weeks maybe less working with healing my daughters gut and other issues since getting her labs tests. This morning she waved twice for the first time at elmo, I said "Say Hi to Elmo" and she did it twice I almost cried! She is also now showing an interest in toys 🧸 One day at a time 🙏🙏🙏🙏
