@ArizonaGrows Hmm could have been a stag beetle larvae. They get up to about 4" while june bug larvae average 1"-2". I love AZ, we have so much wildlife diversity. My higher ups in the Army never believed me when I told them we have elk here, they wouldn't have it even with proof.

Friends, I need your help⚠️ Looking for some canna🌱 expert opinions here. What’s the best way to dry cannabis🪴 flowers if the goal is to preserve color, aroma, and overall quality as much as possible? I’ve read a ton of takes on this over the years, and we’ve tested several drying methods ourselves. For example: 👉 We tried trimming buds before drying and using universal veggie drying nets (photo below). This saved a lot of space and made the process easier - but it clearly reduced THC levels and aroma. 👉 We also tried drying whole plants, like most growers do. Great results, but it requires huge drying space when you’re working with volume - not always practical. So here’s my main question 🤔: What if you cut branches off the main stem and dry the buds on the branches, then trim them after drying? Does this method hurt quality in any noticeable way? I’m really tempted to try it, because by my estimates it could save at least 2× the space compared to drying whole plants. Curious to hear your experience! 🙏💬 What works best for you?💚🫂
