The making of The Rogue. This project changed me creatively in a lot of ways. Spending years trying to figure out how to tell this story, and finally seeing it come alive the way I always dreamed it, still feels surreal. What I love about this BTS is that it shows how personal the process really was. All the experimenting, the little discoveries, the obsession with performances, camera movement, atmosphere, and emotion. This definitely feels like the beginning of a new chapter for filmmakers around the world searching for ways to finally bring their own stories to life. Extremely proud to be part of this moment and this revolution alongside the entire @runwayml team. Really happy to finally share this part too.

Motion graphics used to take me an hour per scene (or more) Now I'm creating them in 3-5 minutes — without After Effects, without Premiere, without writing a single line of code. I'm a former LA filmmaker (still PGA). My entire video stack is now 3 tools: @claudeai Code + HyperFrames (from @HeyGen) + @descript Here's how the workflow runs: 1. Drop my brand style guide into a folder (colors, fonts, components Claude reuses forever) 2. Paste a line from my Descript transcript into Claude Code: "Create a scene for this part of the video" 3. Claude Code reads my brand, generates the HyperFrames scene, renders it to MP4 4. Drag the MP4 into Descript, drop it on the matching line of the transcript 5. Done. 3-5 minutes per scene. The unlock is the brand style guide. Once Claude has your colors, fonts, and reusable components, every scene inherits your look automatically. Bonus — you can take a Claude Design export (.zip), hand it to Claude Code, and it'll convert the HTML into a HyperFrames video you can render and edit. I built a GitHub repo with all the skills pre-loaded. Non-developers can clone it, open Claude Code, and be rendering scenes in under 10 minutes. Full walkthrough (20 min video) below Repo (skills + brand template + music-from-transcript plugin): github.com/JJenglert1/vid… Bookmark this if you make videos. The brand-style-guide pattern alone will save you hours every week. If you're a creator or operator using AI for content — share this with someone who's still living in After Effects.

I'm getting ready to launch season 3 for my podcast that I've been running for the past 2 years. Previously called "This Week in AI" and I'm now rebranding to "Do More with AI". So I created the updated brand assets in Claude Design. It crushed it IMO. I even used it to create a 15 second podcast intro video. Worked great. Then I went to export it - and I couldn't export as an mp4. Claude suggested some weird work around ways to record an HTML video. And then I remembered about Hyperframes. A remotion like competitor that creates HTML based videos! So i downloaded the Claude Design HTML files, and fed them into Hyperframes and said "Turn this html into a video." and shared the music I wanted with it (also generated by claude code) and wa-la! Also, I hit the weekly limit on claude design (on day 1). damn!

Ok so where are the creators who like AI? Or are open-minded about it? Seems like we need to build a community & learn together :) Lmk, will follow everyone!

I’m 14 and I just killed AI slop forever. Introducing Clovr, an AI tool that creates beautiful, ready-to-use frontends and UI from a single prompt. Ask it anything and it will generate websites, landing pages, product UI, app frontends and more. Whatever you need to build a great and beautiful product.

Fresh off of speaking at the Runway AI Summit yesterday in New York. A few thoughts after many fruitful conversations. I don’t come directly from tech. My goal isn’t to be a “tech or AI bro.” I come from film sets, edit bays, and storytelling. I come from film and art school, drawing naked figures for 6 hours a day. After incredible conversations I’d figured I’d share the real state of the union regarding AI and the art and film industry. What’s clear to me is this: AI isn’t waiting to “arrive.” It’s waiting for storytellers and artists bold enough to define it. Both old and emerging. Right now, we’re still in the phase where people are reacting to the tools and to tech demos. Not understanding the complex workflows that are developing to tell stories in new interesting ways. But the real shift happens when creators start bending the tools to their voice. When we are seeing more people who have been crafting stories their whole life start to emerge. That’s when this becomes something bigger than just click-bait content. That’s when it becomes cinema. And I assure you, many of us are doing just that. We need more storytellers in this space. Because without them, it takes longer to move forward in a meaningful way. When people start seeing the real voices and the real stores, it’s all she wrote. Coming sooner than you think.

You don’t need seedance access to make your film. I partnered with @invideoOfficial to make a short with @kling 3.0. It’s a love letter to British Hammer and American horror films of the 80’s
