@FetusberryJam He didn’t give me a thing in relation to healthcare. He took away the decent and affordable healthcare that I had, and then made me BUY worse and more expensive healthcare

@TheBrancaShow Not to mention that his underlying premise is false. There are many industries where unskilled and untrained people disagree and argue with experts. It’s quite common, really.

"Meanwhile, you’re conflating malpractice with medical errors." I'm not conflating anything, you liar. It doesn't matter ONE WHIT to the killed patient whether the doctor killed them through malpractice or medical error. That you doctors kill HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of patients through EITHER malpractice OR medical error IS MORE THAN SUFFICIENT REASON TO QUESTION YOUR JUDGMENT.
Anthony DiGiorgio, DO, MHA@DrDiGiorgio

You may think I’m I liar but at least I can read research papers. Several studies have cited the methodological flaws in both the IOM and report and the Makary paper. Other studies have arrived at much smaller estimates, often 10x lower. Meanwhile, you’re conflating malpractice with medical errors. Medical malpractice is narrower than “medical error.” It requires duty, breach, causation, and injury or damages, so a modeled diagnostic error estimate is not a malpractice death count. So, please, explain how I’m a liar.

@ruthefordml Probably one of my favorites is the, “that isn’t required outside your arbitrary whims. Nobody else in the industry requires that.”, when it is a requirement laid out in state law, and everyone in the industry therefore requires it.

@ruthefordml Plenty of people argue law with lawyers, and there are plenty of professions where people argue with professionals. In some cases, people even seem to feel obligated to argue with qualified experts in their field.

Healthcare is probably the only profession where people think it's okay to argue what the professionals on what they know. Nobody argues quantum physics with physicists, or law with lawyers. But everyone is an expert in healthcare.

@BlessedCarbon And pepper spray is typically classified as less lethal. I don’t think you will get that with wasp spray, especially if you add flame.

@TheBrancaShow Limiting who can reply is probably one of the smarter things he’s done. Without that, more people would be calling him a retard to his face.

See, another example of how stupid people can't see that they themselves are stupid. Their own stupidity is invisible to them. Let me help you out: IGNORANCE can be educated. STUPIDITY is JUST STUPIDITY.

By 1900, the United States had achieved a 90% literacy rate largely by using McGuffey Readers in one-room schoolhouses.  But, yeah, NYC’s problem is it’s not spending enough money.

@mmpadellan Nobody has ever cared enough about Joe Biden to want to kill him or pray for him. He was a corrupt nobody.

@TheREALeataTREE @NearestCommit OS/2 would have been better, but IBM sucked at marketing to anything less than a multi-million dollar conglomerate. But 3.1/3.11 were better than any windows version before, and not a few after.

@SemperVigilant1 Add that there were some visiting multiple times a month or year (also rare) that skews things towards some people doing fast food less than twice a year.

@SemperVigilant1 Oh, let’s add in Wendy’s and BK, who didn’t have matching sales figures (didn’t even exist all that time, Wendy’s not most of it), and you haven’t increased to 5/year. Stack all the fast food options together against the population pre-1990 and you don’t hit common for most.

@TheLaurenChen @RekietaLaw I would think that there are ethical issues with your lawyer condemning you while claiming to represent you, especially when there is a solid legal defense in your corner.
