what i love the most in an arc is that where a lot of people are in a fixed location and they do a lot of talking and it's mostly about character building etc. rather than action. only these two manga ive read had that kind of arc so do you know any manga like that

Specialization is just free utilization of the other categories. But if we just think of it in terms of improvement... then Gon practicing Ryu to do better Jajaken feints is also "leveling up" too.

If genetics were that important Killua's rarity actually prove the oppsite since they would pump out geniuses.
