We’re aware of an issue in Dying Light 2 Stay Human where enabling DLSS while using DirectX 11 (DX11) may cause visible stuttering during gameplay.
This behavior appears to be more noticeable on certain GPUs, particularly some RTX 20-series cards, though it may occur in other configurations as well. While we investigate the issue, players can try the following solutions:
⚫ Switch to DirectX 12 (DX12)
⚫ Running the game in DX12 appears to resolve the stuttering in most cases.
⚫ Use FSR instead of DLSS
⚫ Switching the upscaler from DLSS to FSR can eliminate the issue while still providing performance improvements.
⚫ Enable V-Sync
⚫ Some players have reported to us that turning on V-Sync reduces or completely removes the stuttering when using DLSS on DX11.
We appreciate your patience and the reports you’ve shared with us.
If you continue experiencing issues, please submit a report via our official support channels and include your hardware specifications and graphics settings.
We can confirm that the fix is ready and we'll deploy it as quickly as possible!
Thank you for your support and for being part of the community.
@itznitolive@DyingLightGame Nah it's not, they already have confirmed that the DLC paid with the ultimate edition still coming, don't spread misinformation.

@Plakooo22@DyingLightGame It's important to not forget this kind of behavior by @TechlandGames, in their new projects, also about Dying Light The Beast, that was supposed to be making use of PS5 Pro enhancements, said by @smektalaTM, and got completely ignored after launch.
@Terraria_Logic@EightySixed Limited just like the consoles 1.4.5? Console version is missing a lot of stuff, 1.4.5 was super false advertised for consoles, as aways you guys are simping for PCs and console gets the leftovers.
@7DaystoDie You guys need to take a deeper look at the PS5 version, the performance is atrocious now, really bad, you guys seems to have reduced the cities size in the last update, and the performance got to the ground, not talking 120fps, just near 60fps would be good, pls consider PSSR.
@Borderlands Harlowe's blue skill tree changes isn't enough, when the game gets completely flopped, you guys will commit to do decent changes, and it will be too late.
Bounty Pack 2: Legend of the Stone Demon and Story Pack 1: Mad Ellie and the Vault of the Damned are next up on your post-launch Roadmap! 🗺️💥
Check out what's in store for Borderlands 4 in 2026:

@Borderlands These updates are unacceptable for how large of a company you are. Photo mode is not "content". We are sick of the bare minimum being done with these patches. If u want the game to survive, release real content. Not once every 6 months. Back to BL2, your peak.
@PokketNinja@7DaystoDie Yes of course, but there's still a possibility, we currently have some games that supports it, like Fallout 4, Dying Light 2, Minecraft, Skyrim, Baldurs Gate 3, Snow Runner etc... I really hope we can experience this in 7d2d.
The team is hoping to add the steam workshop and the ability where console can have mods.
Modding on consoles is controlled by Sony and Microsoft. Every mod would need to be approved by them. There's a lot of factors. Mods need to be optimized, can't be buggy, & consoles have limitations compared to pc modding.
Hey Survivors!
Now that the festivities have concluded and the New Year has been properly welcomed in, lets see what you've been up to!
Post a picture of something you accomplished in a Modded game over the holiday break, what it took to get it done and why you powered through to until the end.
Now's the time to brag a little!
