I feel like this should have been a rule years ago, and it really comes down to if Epic will enforce it or not, BUT it's cool to see actual punishments for such a huge problem that makes creative actively significantly worse. This also needs to work for ALL the methods bad actors are using to spam maps e.g multiple accounts spam. And address workarounds people find quickly, but this very nice.

Starting March 11, UEFN Creators publishing multiple copies of the same map to manipulate the algorithm will face escalating penalties, including impacts to monetization, map removal, and suspension Fortnite will also roll out new automated tools to prevent this

fn creates, when are you going to do something about the spammers? Almost everyone in new is a spammer I haven't uploaded any maps for three weeks because I'm not getting suggested. @FNCreate

I spend weeks building a map and they post the same one daily and get a good discovery
