However, my experience at @plaza_network at T3 (DEL) was pathetic. Terrible food and service. T2 Mumbai is really far ahead of T3 Delhi in every criteria, including lounges.

My web check-in experience with @airindiain may have been bad but the entire travel experience, including counter check-in at New Delhi Metro Station, was amazing.

@plaza_network the lounge in terminal 2 at Delhi is pathetic - the least they should do is to remove the word premium. Small and dingy it gives you the feeling of entering a second class railway compartment. Food limited in variety and served cold. Coffee machine broken
