CDC published this themselves in MMWR (Dec 11, 2025): 2024-2025 COVID vaccines were 76% effective preventing ED/urgent care visits in kids 9mo-4yrs, and 56% effective for ages 5-17. Not a think tank. Not "the media." CDC's own surveillance data, peer-reviewed, published under their own name. cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/7… And if you want to dismiss that as "bureaucrats," here's Dr. Rochelle Walensky, the 19th Director of the CDC, the person who literally approved these vaccine recommendations for children in 2021 and 2022, laying it out in black and white: 94% effective preventing hospitalization in adolescents, 98% effective preventing need for life support, 94% effective against MIS-C in kids. She cites the actual trial numbers, sample sizes, confidence intervals.
