I’ve tried that too but Nationwide refuse to accept emails…unless you know different. So it means printing off my 5 page email…somewhere, as I don’t have a printer, posting it and waiting weeks for a response. I just want support

@AskNationwide Struggling to contact Nationwide about customer service issues. Prepared lengthy email of appalling customer service from Aviva, insurance partner….but Nationwide don’t accept emails! Tried their chat…a wasted hour!

@AvivaUK Thanks for your reply. I shall continue to pursue Aviva, rather than involve Nationwide…for now. It is now a month since I first made contact and still await a reply. My guess is Aviva is avoiding responsibility and hoping I give up!

@avivaplc Anyone else been ignored by @avivaplc? They are apparently the company providing cover for Nationwide flex customers but have been shambolic to deal with…so far! A poor choice for Nationwide !!!

Inadequate support from HSBC! Advised by operators 1 and 2 …can’t access accounts until visit branch (what branch?) or receive letter by post. After 100 minutes, spoke to operators 3 and 4, who finally assisted. Success after 132 minutes!!

@HSBC Please help. Access to banking app and online account denied having had no difficulty previously. Customer 20 years +. Phone helpline suggests go to branch…there isn’t one or wait for letter in post. Need access to funds immediately

@prioritypasscom Please advise. Is it correct that to pay for a guest to gain lounge access, only the credit card on file can be used. Want to avoid the embarrassment at a number of airports recently, when access denied, in spite of offering 6 credit cards!
