@AskNationwide Struggling to contact Nationwide about customer service issues. Prepared lengthy email of appalling customer service from Aviva, insurance partner….but Nationwide don’t accept emails! Tried their chat…a wasted hour!

@prioritypasscom Please advise. Is it correct that to pay for a guest to gain lounge access, only the credit card on file can be used. Want to avoid the embarrassment at a number of airports recently, when access denied, in spite of offering 6 credit cards!

@Plsdoright Hi there, thanks for your post! Lounge visit charges depend on the type of membership you have. If you don’t have any free visits available, the fee will automatically be deducted from the payment card linked to your membership, so there’s no need to provide a physical card. 1/2
