So they can close my account without consent. The joke is that your agents keep asking me to close the chat as a form of helping me but then I end up in another fools chat log. Trying to explain I just want out!! @ThreeUK this is acting in bad faith! #worstNetwork!

Like what is the meaning of this behaviour from you guys!!! It’s absolutely disgusting! No efforts have been made to fix this but only making the situation worse. I’ve learnt that one of your agents took it personally to add emotionally charged malicious comments on my account.

If they’re being paid adequately, the would be happy to help and endeavour to give excellent customer service but they can get away with ending live chats and incompetence because no one will call them up on it. An by the time it reaches the right chain of command. @ThreeUK

What makes it even worse is the only response I’m getting from these fools is to try and govern my free speech!!! Freakin crap network with bunch of imbeciles. This is what it looks like when a company cuts corners & seeks out cheap labour from 3rd world country.

It’s been more than 48hrs dealing with the worst network @ThreeUK & their poorly trained customer service agents @ThreeUKSupport How can you have a dedicated team of technicians who can’t figure out what is wrong with my line and reconnect it! Or even provide a working PAC code
