These kids weren’t looking potentially losing life long generational wealth but moreso they had adults that were willing also sacrifice to achieve their goals. Older generations are failing the youth and that why I’m hesitant to place the burden on their shoulders.

Look up the ages of the Freedom Riders. Lots of young folks. So when people are discussing whether it’s fair to ask young people to boycott attending certain schools in the Deep South over gerrymandering, realize young people were a core component of the civil rights movement.
