@carlosyenrac @JenLRossman No, I think this is supposed to be part of the future with the distress signal, because in that Ivanova said "The captain's dead." I think we're supposed to assume Sheridan died and Sinclair took command again, thus this scene would happen.

@JenLRossman I think he's remembering a future that already was changed, because Sinclair is also not in charge of B5 either. This was one of the flash-forwards they got in "Babylon Squared" so something they did then prevented this

Oh, Sinclair was trying to save Garibaldi from dying in this future they had a vision of… even though we clearly already changed the future somehow, because Garibaldi does not have that much hair anymore
