@PODS Anyway, @PODS, I got an excellent agent on the phone and the problem is solved. But you need to update your website to remove permanently closed storage centers, and don't add fees at delivery that are not divulged at booking. Never again

I thought my PODS experience was going well until time to have the POD delivered & was NEVER told that to go to another effing ZIP CODE it would be a whole new order. I've been paying you criminals for storage for nine months @PODS and now you are trying to charge thousands more

@PODS our contract says once we know delivery location the pod will arrive in 7 days. You are not following the contract and the POD is not arriving on time.

@PODS is the absolute worst moving company we have ever used. Drove to Virginia from Florida and our times were to arrive this morning. Got a call an hour after delivery saying our “guaranteed delivery” is now rescheduled for Monday. We have zero items with us

PSA. Whatever you do, DO NOT ever use @PODS to move or store anything. They have kept our property for 3 months after payment IN FULL before we even started. Stonewalled us every SINGLE step. @KathyMarinello
