@DominionEnergy your customer service department is awful! On my fourth transfer without no one being able to help me with an issue on account services. Hours upon hours wasted on hold trying to get our billing correct. Unacceptable.

@UberEats I placed an order almost two hours ago, cannot get ahold of someone to cancel in the app and the store says they never received my order. App continues to just send drivers to the store and the chat does nothing.
