The fact that Trybus was allegedly not in the country on some occasions (although dates are likely unclear due to Tarryn's psychological distress) does not make him innocent of everything. If so, it would obviously never have gone to trial.

@PoetryNatalie @JFramingham11 @JeanHatchet Yes. I agree. If there were small superficial bruises, then yes, it could've been self-inflicted . It's unlikely that her injuries were, however. The miogynists and MRAs are having a field day ,but I'm not convinced.

This is Christopher Trybus who was cleared yesterday of raping, coercively controlling and the manslaughter of his wife Tarryn Baird who took her own life eventually. Here he is with his new wife Bea. Read the details. Keep an eye on this man. I am deeply sorry for Tarryn’s friends and family that there was a lack of belief of their accounts of what he did.

@JFramingham11 @PatChanse1 @JeanHatchet It is often difficult for the CPS to agree to charging someone with rape. There was clearly enough evidence in the audio and supporting evidence which, according to trial reporting, depicts someone in clear pain and lacks consent. It was not a unanimous jury decision.

@PoetryNatalie @PatChanse1 @JeanHatchet There was audio of something. We do not know what it was. The prosecution alleged it was rape. The defence and jury disagreed.

@JFramingham11 @PatChanse1 @JeanHatchet Someone (...Trybus) inflicted the injuries on Tarryn. Just because there were date inconsistencies (which is understandable given she was psychologically unwell) does not mean the physical and sexual attacks did not occur. The injuries and audio of rape are evidence.

@PatChanse1 @JeanHatchet no, there were lies. he wasn't in the country on days she claimed assaults occurred. she put forward stories of attacks that trybus couldn't have committed.

@rtipple01 @Florence744 @ShonaPriddey @rtipple01 sadly Christopher Tybus most likely is guilty. 🤷The public is entitled to their opinion. ITV news at 6pm reported respectfully about the victim's multiple injuries. The opinion of a jury is not a reflection of the truth.

@PoetryNatalie @Florence744 @ShonaPriddey Awful! Everyone assumed he was guilty. All these people shouting injustice because they can accept that a woman could actually be the aggressor in this scenario. So many people jumping on the band wagon without the facts. Pathetic.

The CPS clearly felt there was enough evidence. Trybus being found not guilty doesn't mean he committed no crime.

@Florence744 @ShonaPriddey No, I don't think so. I think that's you. Abuse is terrible, regardless of gender, I've been a victim of it. But not every case where a man is accused is automatically 'guilty until proven innocent'. Not one single incident could be attributed to Chris. Just her horrible fiction

The rape gangs have carried out their crimes for years. From social workers to councillors, the authorities failed. And the failure was covered up. Now Labour are deleting court records that could give us the truth. We are fighting to stop them.

The Muslim Council of Britain has stated that certain findings from our rape gang inquiry are Islamophobic. This may have worked before to shut down debate. It will not work now. We are going to continue our inquiry, and we are going to continue telling the truth.

I have spent the last ten days at our inquiry listening to the testimonies of women who have been raped and abused by packs of mainly Pakistani Muslim men. One girl was raped, and then had a whisky bottle forced into her. It shattered inside her. She was 12. 12, Prime Minister. This has happened all over Britain. Everywhere. It still goes on today. NOW. Thousands and thousands and thousands of British girls treated as meat. As dirt. As pieces of shit. What are you doing about it? The honest answer is this. F*** all. You are more concerned about clinging on to the Muslim vote than acting to protect vulnerable British girls. I have never been so furious at a British Prime Minister. You honestly disgust me. @TravelSYorks @FirstBusUK The negligence by drivers of this service is also very disappointing; for example, waiting for up to 15 minutes for a passenger to go to a cash point and return to pay. The lack of information online and general complete lack of knowledge by any travel-related staff is surprising

It's unfortunate that your organisation, based on travelling in South Yorkshire, can't identify any specific reason why the X5 sets off approximately 20 minutes late from Dinnington every day.

@TravelSYorks @FirstBusUK @TravelSYorks it has happened on this service every week day for the last four weeks (between 15 minutes and an hour delay every day). Are you aware of any particular accident or roadworks that has caused this month-long delay after years of the service being on time?

@PoetryNatalie @FirstBusUK There can be multiple reasons, heavy traffic, accidents and roadworks can all contribute I'm afraid.
