@PaulTassi @Forbes I guess the era of "prestige" television is over at HBO. It was nice while it lasted.

@JeffDuncan_ How can they move a home game to Paris after they have already sent out invoices for season tickets with no mention that it could be only 9 games (including preseason) that you are paying for instead of 10? Seems like an issue to me.
English

Momentum is building for a Saints’ game in Paris in 2026. One source said, “It’s gone from dead to ‘we might be able to pull this off.’”

@WhoDatTN @JohnJHendrix Cutting him makes him non-compensatory, too. 🤔
English

@Jeff_Nowak Oh sure. I don't disagree with that. I'm fine with going with whoever they have graded the highest at that pick. They earned some trust from me with the last draft.
English

@PoisonDwarve Really not even talking about Woods here (don’t have a strong opinion on him at this stage), moreso the concept of taking an interior lineman at 8 if that’s where the scouting lands.
English

Guess I’ll get out ahead of this bc It’d drive people nuts, but an elite nose tackle prospect is easily one of the Saints’ more premium needs in Staley’s scheme.
Godchaux was solid in that role last year, but he’s 32 and in a contract year. This pick would make a lot of sense.

@maxtoscano1 The Tweet you are responding to said that they won't "just go after stars'. Which means they will go after stars as well as other scouting finds.
English

@AlbertBreer @StateFarm @Saints @Vikings @AZCardinals @Browns @Giants Shough is "solid but unspectacular".? I'm just going to assume you just read his stat line and have not watched him play.

@MikeTriplett I'm sure this story is great, but I can't read it because the site is still messed up. It won't even let me log in to my account.

@mathisnfl @hugesportsguy71 Just take your L and stop making excuses. People will respect you more in the future.
English

No, that’s not what I’m doing at all but I get how you would view it that way.
As someone who didn’t like Shough as a prospect, when you combine that with struggles in camp according to every Saints report and awful play in the preseason, I think we have a lot more evidence of him being bad, which is why 1 good game against the Carolina Panthers doesn’t mean much to me.
It’s early, we’ll see how he looks the rest of the way.

@jxrmkage7361 @FreakyPeezy Obviously Maye was the better player and raised the level of his team and got them the win. My point is that his is many starts ahead of Rattler and wasn't at this level when he was 12 starts in. Rattler probably never gets there, but we don't really know that yet.
English

@PoisonDwarve @FreakyPeezy cool but it's kinda of obvious that maye was better and was the sole reason pats won. dude was just making so many amazing throws
English

Exactly. Rattler played well but if we are talking why did pats win. On multiple occasions it was maye who made elite throw after elite throw to win the game
Fletcher Mackel@FletcherWDSU
Was the biggest difference between the young Patriots and the young Saints today the play of the quarterbacks? I think so! 🤷♂️ So I asked @wdsu Saints analyst and former 10-year NFL veteran James Hurst about it.
English

@SaintsForecast Rattler gets a better OL and his sacks go down. It's almost like sacks are not a QB stat and are dependent on many factors beyond the QB.
English

Sack are and forever a QB stat. Rattler is completely different in regard to sacks. It’s mostly his improving not the OL ( which is better)
Jeff Nowak@Jeff_Nowak
Cutting the sack number in half is by far Rattler’s biggest point of development in Year 2. Some sacks are inevitable, but there have been very few QB-created sacks this year.
English

@SaintsForecast @datcoupleNOLA Philly isn't turning down #40 for McKee when they have a Super Bowl winning QB as their starter and had Pickett backing him up until March 12. Howie is smarter than Jerry and Mickey would give more that #40 if Moore really wanted McKee.
English

@datcoupleNOLA @PoisonDwarve Sean Payton’s first choice as Saints Qb in 2006….was Tony Romo. The Saints offered Dallas pick 34. Parcells laughed him off the phone
English

He’s not wrong, there were rumors/guesses kellon would trade for him before the draft
Benjamin Solak@BenjaminSolak
Would Tanner McKee start for your team?
English

@datcoupleNOLA @SaintsForecast I don't see any way Philly turns down pick #40 in the draft for McKee and Mickey would offer that and more if Moore really wanted him.
English

@PoisonDwarve @SaintsForecast Or maybe no one wanted to trade with us? You don’t just snap your finger and bam trade. Just cause you want to doesn’t mean it happens.
