Had a customer order from us twice, and BOTH times their local Post Office stole the contents of the package before they could pick it up. We had the weights verified, and we know EXACTLY when the package contents were stolen. We provided this info to @USPSHelp @OIGUSPS since the package values exceeded $5000. And we spoke with the rudest, least helpful individual who did not seem to grasp that their employees stole from us, and we were trying to help the investigation. Also, we're not getting reimbursed.
