To the Poki community: Following the passing of our founder, Sean Davies, our team continued development of Poki V2 in accordance with his vision. To carry that work forward, we engaged third-party developers under written agreements. Performance issues arising from one of those engagements are now the subject of active legal proceedings. Because those matters are ongoing, we are constrained in what we may say publicly regarding the underlying facts, the parties involved, or the conduct at issue. Out of respect for the integrity of the proceedings and on advice of counsel, this notice will not further characterize any individual or entity. A fuller account will be provided once the proceedings have concluded and we are in a position to speak to the record. The financial and operational cost of pursuing these claims has materially reduced the resources available for further development of Poki V2. Effective immediately, Poki is pausing new development on Poki V2 as a result. The application will remain available in its current form on supported web browsers, and existing passes remain valid for use within that version. No action is required from current pass holders. We thank those who have continued to support the project through this period. We will provide further updates regarding the future of Poki V2 once the proceedings have concluded. - The Poki Team

We're continuing to upgrade Poki V2 after launch: 1.) Loading times across the site increased by 100X, portfolios now load instantly if you've signed in before. 2.) NFTs and certain illiquid Memecoins are causing inflated portfolio values, working on a fix internally. 3.) Planned Mobile App release on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. 4.) Planned Lending/Borrowing & Perps Trading Integration If there's a way we can improve, let us know!

Hello everyone, it has been a long time since we have been able to update you publicly so as not to jeopardize any legal remedies. As you know, in the second half of last year, we engaged Saib Dev to handle the development of Poki V2. Saib had a strong reputation within the Cardano ecosystem. Our founder Sean Davies—who passed in December 2024—had worked with them previously and recommended them. They had contributed to numerous projects within Cardano and received funding through Project Catalyst. We entered into a contract with them in June based on this history. Unfortunately, the project did not proceed as anticipated. Delivery timelines were extended multiple times, and communication became increasingly difficult. Despite efforts to address these issues, the working relationship could not be salvaged. Under the terms of our agreement, full delivery was expected in October. That delivery did not occur as scheduled, and subsequent attempts to resolve the matter were unsuccessful. Due to ongoing legal proceedings, I'm unable to share further specifics. What I can tell you is that after our settlement offer was declined, we are now pursuing this matter through appropriate legal channels. Litigation is moving forward. In most situations, this kind of setback might signal the end for a company. But that's not who we are. As soon as it became clear we would not receive the completed product as contracted, we directed our internal team to begin building our own version of Poki V2. Development has been underway since November, and we are very close to delivering the experience you've been waiting for. We are preparing to launch within the next two weeks and will have an official date for you shortly. Poki V2 is finally coming, built by our team with planned updates for the future. I understand the frustration of not getting clarity sooner, but I had to make the difficult decision to reserve public comments until our approach towards justice would not be compromised in doing so. Nonetheless, we have been building our own V2 in the background with our internal team. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with the outcome. More to share next week, thank you. ❤️
