there has been absolutely no resolution or reimbursement till now. What’s even more frustrating is Policybazaar, through whom I purchased the policy, has been giving me false assurances for over a month saying “it will be processed in a day or two” with zero actual progress.

Extremely disappointed with the poor claim settlement service from @Niva_Bupa. My reimbursement amount was 14.3K, but I have received only 760 without any proper clarification.Requesting the Niva Bupa team to urgently process the pending reimbursement amount ASAP. @policybazaar

After reconsideration, @Niva_Bupa asked for medical documents that were more than 5 years old to prove a condition had already been treated,a period even before the policy was taken. Even after providing those records, the claim has now been denied saying it was “not disclosed.”

Just received a call from the @Niva_Bupa customer team. Without any proper clarification, I was simply told that cashless treatment is “not possible” and that I should go for reimbursement instead — even though the hospital is part of their cashless network.
