@victoria4nh NH already eliminated the use of sworn affidavits in place of original documents when registering to vote. Now NH bars the use of non-government student IDs when voting. These laws require college students to spend money on documents to exercise their constitutional right to vote

The law that Governor Ayotte just signed that does not allow student IDs to be used for voting identification was a common sense measure. Student ID’s do not verify citizenship or residency. #NHPolitics

None of this excuses the adults who abused her, obviously. All of them should be locked up. And the girl needs long term psychiatric help and should be committed for a long time.
