I’ve now tried like 7 meal prep services and I can confidently say that Cook Unity is by far the best, both in regards to taste and macros. I eat 1-2 of these a day and have almost stopped cooking entirely

Hegseth: "CENTCOM will be busy tonight because we are going to hit Iran hard. Iran has a chance to make a great deal. They haven't been willing to it...they are going to have tap, tap, tap bombs dropping on key facilities in Iran from the U.S. - it is not to restart the war but to set the terms for a deal"

@GaryMarcus What I think you underestimate is the cost of product switching in enterprise and brand loyalty in consumers. Companies like Google want to integrate AI into their product stack so that people don’t have incentive to move of their platform for other AI tools

Why things will eventually fall apart: 1. Everybody, even Google, seems to be treating AI as if it were some kind of winner take all competition like web search was, in which Google taking over 95% 2. But everybody is building essentially the same technical solution with essentially the same data, so there is no moat. 3. If there is no moat, nobody is going to take 90% of the market. 4. With no clear winners, nobody can charge monopoly prices; instead, you get price wars and commodity pricing. 5. Which means everybody will wind up overpaying compared to the modest profits they will be able to make in an intensely competitive regime. Am I missing something?

Alphabet generated over $160b in operating cash flow last year… yet it’s still issuing $40b+ in equity to fund AI compute (including a private placement to berkshire) One of the biggest cash generators in tech is diluting to keep up

Elon Musk said saving for retirement becomes pointless in 10 to 20 years. Not speculation. Math. Musk: “Don’t worry about squirreling money away for retirement in like ten or 20 years. It won’t matter.” We passed the event horizon. Retirement savings assumes scarcity persists. It won’t. AI and robotics collapse labor costs to zero. Living costs follow. You’re not saving for security. You’re saving for a world that stops existing. Musk: “If any of the things that we’ve said are true, saving for retirement will be irrelevant.”

@McFranchisee For those traveling with families, the clean bathrooms, vast array of food options, and cheap gas all in one stop is a no brainer. The only place I’ve ever stopped that reliably has clean changing tables

New Buc-ee's drops $1M in sales on opening day. Where do you think those sales pull from? A few months ago I talked to a $mcd owner who had a Buc-ee’s open 10 miles away, and it impacted him. While I don’t get the allure: clean ‘80s-looking bathrooms with cheap drinks and overpriced everything else, they are a major competitor in the food space. I’ve never seen a competitor impact others from the distance they do. What’s your thoughts on the Beaver?

@dogwoodblooms The Senate was also originally designed to be made up of unelected officials appointed by the state. As the country evolved that was deemed to be stupid and was changed.

Our country was set up to avoid exactly this. We are NOT a pure democracy. And we are not a pure democracy so that those who live in the urban areas can’t lord over those in distant rural areas. I’m beyond disgusted. What is the GOP doing to counter this BS and save our constitutional republic?

@davidharsanyi Iran proved they could control the strait of Hormuz and attack vital infrastructure throughout the region and the only way to get them to stop was to agree to a cease fire that at best case gets us back to where we were a few weeks ago and this is your takeaway?

Other than losing their entire navy, air force, a few strata of political leadership, top military minds, over 1,000 senior IRGC and Basij commanders, air defense and radar sites, numerous scientists, ballistic missile stockpiles and most launchers, drone and missile factories, proxies, etc.. Iran has the upper hand.

@RepLuna We lost American lives and infrastructure to fight a war Israel wanted to fight. Iran wasn’t a threat to the US no matter their rhetoric. All we did was show China that we have no ability to stop them from doing anything they want to do. We look weaker than ever

I just spoke with the President and would like to publicly congratulate him on this. Some of my not-so-smart Democrat colleagues will soon be forced to issue public statements of support when they understand the terms of what the agreement is. To be clear, President Trump has been consistent and precise in his messaging from the beginning. Only weeks ago, Iran was viewed as an existential threat to the US and most of Europe. NATO exposed who they really are. Many people got exposed. Those who try to use this to sow division or just straight-up lie have also outed themselves. To be clear, from the beginning, this was about saving American lives. President Trump has truly accomplished something that no other POTUS could have pulled off. PEACE WILL ULTIMATELY PREVAIL.

@RealJamesCampos @GaTechAlum_IE92 @kurt13warner All deals are based on a “promise” being kept by the other side. You are just trying to find a reason to support this nonsense for some reason. We alienated our European allies, lost lives, billions of dollars of military infrastructure for literally nothing.

@GaTechAlum_IE92 @kurt13warner Valid points, but the context is totally different. Obama’s deal was based on a promise, this one follows the decapitation of their leadership and the destruction of 3,000+ targets.

I’m not politically or militarily intelligent - so looking for some ppl who follow me who are (not just random unintelligent comments), to tell me how any of this is even close to successful (if that’s even the right term) if in the end the following don’t happen: 1) Regime Change - freeing the Iranian ppl from the lives of oppression they are living? 2) Elimination of all nuclear material & capabilities - freeing the world of that threat by regime? 3) Something changes with the Strait that wasn’t in place before? Please, just ppl who are well versed in these things so I can become more intelligent!

More outrageous conduct from CNN. Fake news is bad enough for the country, but pushing out a hoax headline in such a sensitive national security moment as this requires accountability. Iran put out an official statement that simply cannot be squared with the one CNN's false headline attributes to them. Time for change at CNN.

Based on available reports from U.S. Central Command, White House updates, and independent analyses like those from CSIS and Fox News, the U.S. and allies met and exceeded Operation Epic Fury's stated goals: degrading Iran's navy (30+ vessels sunk), ballistic missiles (~90% reduction), and terror proxies in 38 days—faster than the 4-6 week estimate. The Strait of Hormuz is reopened, creating leverage for talks. Iran suffered heavy military setbacks with no reciprocal strategic gains. From objectives achieved, the U.S. won the campaign. Long-term peace depends on follow-through diplomacy.

This is a victory for the United States that President Trump and our incredible military made happen. From the very beginning of Operation Epic Fury, President Trump estimated this would be a 4-6 week operation. Thanks to the unbelievable capabilities of our warriors, we have achieved and exceeded our core military objectives in 38 days. More on that tomorrow morning from @SecWar and Chairman Caine! The success of our military created maximum leverage, allowing President Trump and the team to engage in tough negotiations that have now created an opening for a diplomatic solution and long-term peace. Additionally, President Trump got the Strait of Hormuz reopened. Never underestimate President Trump’s ability to successfully advance America’s interests and broker peace.
