I’ve received my refund from @pollen this morning (miracles do happen!). Anyone who is still waiting I encourage you to chase senior staff to get your refund actioned. Customer support are useless!

Search the word @pollen and refund click latest and you will see exactly what I mean. I don’t know of 1 person that’s had a positive experience with them but I know plenty that have had worse than I am currently having.
