When @asda call 15mins before your 9-11pm slot to say it wont be coming as theyve only just realised the sick driver hasnt been covered and then h.o say they need to charge a further £73.68 to redeliver but refund will take 24-48hrs to be processed!! Fuming. @PoorServiceUK

Thanks to the L39 @royalmail postwoman who knocked us up early this morning to tell us she had a parcel for us but had left in the van. We waited in all morning but she never came back to deliver it. Thanks for wasting our time. @PoorServiceUK

Just went into @GAMEdigital in Milton Keynes to test out their @NintendoUK Switch before I buy it (£279) and I was told NONE of the Game branches let you test out ANY consoles, handhelds or games... unbelievable! Good job they don't sell cars! #PoorCustomerService @PoorServiceUK

@PoorServiceUK Been a @SkyUK customer for years. Saw what i thought was a great deal to upgrade to #SkyQ. That was until i said i have multiroom, cost then jumped from £20 to £70 as an upfront fee to install. I cant upgrade just 1 as both needs to be Q! Moneygrabbing at its best.

Very unhappy with the poor customer service I have received from the Customer Service Team @curryspcworld They were not interested in my complaint as a valued customer and they have not even bothered to reply to my letter sent to their HQ.
