Care is better when people tell us what they need. Please help us by filling in this short survey – it should take about five minutes to complete. We will use what you tell us to help develop patient and public involvement at CUH. orlo.uk/KoL4N

@jgetaylor @edpsyuk Not research but observational. Reduced timetables have been hugely beneficial BUT only when the child is not in class they are in a support centre participating in neutering activities that support well-being, develop trusting relationships, and allow downtime.

Has anyone seen any research on reduced timetables? Anecdotally, they seem to be brought in to support when a child is 'feeling overwhelmed by the demands of school'. Do they support children to reengage though? Any data on the outcomes / theory of change? #TwitterEPs

Productivity is NOT: - Working all hours - Prioritising work above everything - Skipping meals and exercise Productivity is: - Focusing 100% on a task - Prioritising based on urgency - Having clear objectives for every job You're more productive when you're not burned out.

This week's old school hymn is song number 68 in "Come and Praise": Kum ba yah. You've probably forgotten about this little song but the tune should come back to you in no time. Feel free to sing along or accompany us on the recorder...🎶
