🚨BREAKING: Delta Dental calls itself a "nonprofit" for the tax breaks, while its CEOs raked in $48 MILLION over four years. Her pay jumped from $4.5M to $15M a year. Meanwhile, they slashed dentist reimbursements and patients paid more. This is how "nonprofits" game the system.

This decision will severely damage U.S. physician retention. Foreign physicians often spend 7 to 11 years in the U.S. before obtaining a green card. Many are structurally barred from permanent residency unless they first complete years of residency or fellowship, then serve another 3 to 5 years in underserved communities through J-1 waiver programs. After a decade of training, paying taxes, treating American patients, and filling critical shortages, telling them to leave the U.S. and wait abroad for a green card is absurd, especially when they may then face a travel ban. The message is clear: America wants immigrant doctors’ labor, but not their stability. That is how you destroy recruitment and retention. If you are an IMG thinking of coming to the U.S., please don’t. #PhysicianShortage #IMGs #ImmigrantDoctors #HealthcareCrisis #J1Waiver #Conrad30 #LiftTheHold #USCISPause #SaveOurDoctors #RuralHealthcare #PhysicianRetention #MedicalWorkforce #KeepDoctorsInAmerica #HealthcareAccess #FixLegalImmigration

Hey @BernieSanders -- I need your help. Seriously. I have a student. Young man, just graduated, earned his welding certifications, 18 years old. Knows how to do real work, produce a real product, contribute something tangible to this country. Good kid. His family kicked him out the day he graduated. Homeless. No safety net. Just his certs and whatever he could carry out the door. Now, Senator, YOU are the guy I always hear talking about this. You have built your ENTIRE career on the idea that when someone has more than they need, and someone else has nothing, the people with excess have a moral obligation to help. Government redistribution. Take from those who have, give to those who are in need. You have said this for FORTY YEARS. So I am coming to you. Sincerely. This kid needs a roof. You own three houses, Senator. One in Burlington. One beachfront property in North Hero, Vermont. One in Washington, D.C. He needs ONE. You believe in this, right? This is literally the core of everything you preach. A skilled young man -- someone who will actually WORK, who actually PRODUCES something, unlike people whose career highlight is naming three post offices -- has nothing. And you have three properties sitting there. So here is where I get a little confused, Senator. See, I thought maybe you would just... hand him one. Lead by example. Be the change. But then I remembered you just spent $221,000 in a SINGLE QUARTER chartering a Bombardier Challenger 604 -- that is $15,000 AN HOUR -- to fly around the country on your "Fighting Oligarchy" tour. Because, as you so eloquently put it when asked about it: "You think I'm gonna be sitting on a waiting line at United?" No apologies. So let me make sure I have this right. The government should redistribute wealth to help people like my student -- but YOU personally, with three houses and a private jet habit, are too important to inconvenience yourself. Got it. Quinn's Law Twenty-Five. Go look it up. I'll wait. You are not a champion of the Proletariat, Senator. You are a SNOLLYGOSTER of the first order -- a cacafuego who has built a career selling a product he has never once used himself. A gascon. All promises, no precipitation. Cloud without rain for forty years running. Socialism does not lift people out of poverty. It never has. What it DOES produce -- reliably, historically, every single time -- is people exactly like you. Three houses. Private jets. No apologies. We call those people oligarchs, Senator. I believe you have used that word yourself. Recently. From a $15,000-an-hour airplane. But what do I know -- I am only a science teacher whose student is sleeping on someone else's floor tonight while the self-appointed champion of the working class decides which of his three vacation homes to visit next. IF you agree: LIKE this post so the algorithm shows it to people who need to read it. SHARE this. COMMENT below -- Do you think Bernie is obligated to offer this kid a room? META EMPLOYEE TAKES TO REDDIT TO EXPLAIN ZERO OF THOSE LAID OFF WERE VISA WORKERS A Meta employee posted on Reddit that they barely survived yesterday's layoffs. Their direct manager had 40-50 reports across two combined teams. Both managers are American citizens. About 40% of the team was on visa. Yesterday they lost about 15 people combined from both teams. Guess how many of those 15 were on visa vs American? 0 on visa. All 15 were American citizens and green card holders. Here is the reality: H-1B workers are captive. Their visa is tied to the employer. They can't job hop, can't negotiate, can't push back. Deportation is the alternative. From a cold management perspective, they are the "safer" employees to keep. Americans have leverage. They can quit, sue, leave for competitors. That makes them the first to go. There is no law requiring companies to retain Americans first during layoffs. None. That is the loophole. No company will ever publish visa status breakdowns of their layoff lists. So this will stay in anecdote territory forever. By design.

This is outrageous. A small town in Michigan did everything right to stop OpenAI & Oracle from building a $16 billion data center in their town. The people of Saline Township flooded their council meeting, put up signs all over town, and convinced their officials to reject it. The officials voted against the data center 4-1, and that should have been the end. But two days later the developers sued, and the town couldn’t afford to fight back in court. We are not a free nation when billion-dollar corporations can take over the land of our communities and towns. We are a captive nation ruled by corporations and billionaires.

🚨 Virginia Tech — taxpayer-funded powerhouse with one of the top engineering programs in the country — just filed an H-1B visa for a “Data Analyst - Dining Services” role. Salary? $66,983 in Blacksburg, VA. They look you dead in the eye and swear, “No qualified Americans exist.” Total bullshit. A university churning out American data scientists, engineers, and analysts… and they can’t find one qualified person to crunch cafeteria numbers? This is peak H-1B abuse. Universities receive cap-exempt status and can skip the “recruit Americans first” rules that private companies must follow. They’re flooding the system with low-wage foreign hires for admin jobs while our grads sit unemployed. I lived that exact scam. They made me train my own foreign replacement… then fired me. That’s why my EEOC case is still active — and why I refuse to stay silent while elite schools treat American workers like disposable garbage. On July 4th, the U.S. Workers Alliance launches nationwide. Non-union. Non-partisan. Worker-led. Boots-on-the-ground. No permission needed. American jobs belong to Americans. Full stop. They’ve been replacing us for years while laughing all the way to the bank. Time to fight back. Will you keep getting replaced… or stand up with us? Ilhan Omar. Shri Thanedar. Pramila Jayapal. All born in foreign countries, none were citizens by birth. All sitting in the United States Congress. All making clear every single day their loyalty is not to America. We just introduced a long overdue joint resolution proposing a constitutional amendment to require Members of Congress, federal judges, and Senate-confirmed officers to be natural born citizens. This is the very same standard the President and Vice President are already required to meet. The people writing America's laws, confirming America's judges, and representing America on the world stage should have one loyalty: America. Not any other country. For too long we have allowed foreign born members to hold seats in this government while making clear they are America last, not America first. We see it every day. This constitutional amendment will put an end to it.

Fauci walked into a CIA briefing in 2020 and overrode six out of seven scientists who said COVID came from a Wuhan lab. This isn't a conspiracy. It's a convergence of interests. They funded gain-of-function research. The virus leaked. So they covered their tracks. @MattKibbe

🚨 DePaul University fleeced American taxpayers for $223 MILLION in federal funding last year. There are 2,390 foreign students on F-1 visas. They’re 10-12% of the student body. President Robert L. Manuel’s total compensation is $1.18 million. Since taking the position in 2022, foreign enrollment at DePaul has risen 24%. At the end of the 2025 Fall/Winter semester, 658 of those foreign students were approved for OPT. Those graduating students will now be in our workforce, potentially up to 3 years. During those 3 years, students can apply for U.S. citizenship and may genuinely be fast tracked due to the fact that they have employment. 658 jobs that American students have had snatched away from them…in one semester.

Most American doctors assume everyone enters U.S. practice under the same rules. That’s no longer true. In multiple states, foreign-traind physicians can reach paid U.S. practice years sooner, with far less debt, and without completing a full U.S. residency, while American MDs are prohibited from doing the same. Did you know this was already happening?

🚨 Did your kid get into Princeton with scholarships funded by U.S. taxpayers? No? Well this bum from Chile did. It's been over two months since it was exposed that our State Department HAS NOT ENDED their 'EducationUSA' program. This is an initiative specifically designed to recruit and bring foreign students here on YOUR DIME. IT'S STILL ACTIVE under President Trump. This thief, Enrique Zúñiga, was recruited from CHILE and shoved into Princeton University. He majored in......wait for it......HIS OWN NATIVE LANGUAGE. The only requirement for this program is that students must pay the required tax bill on a 4 year scholarship after they graduate. Other than that, it's a full-ride on the American taxpayer's hard work. EducationUSA operates more than 430 "advising centers" in 175+ countries and territories. They're one of the major pipelines, if not the largest, that feeds 1.1 – 1.2 million international students into the United States. Hundreds of thousands of foreign students interact with EducationUSA services each year. This degenerate from Chile never paid his bill. He owes over $28,000. He has fled America and now works in China. THIS. MUST. END. @SecRubio H/T @RudyTakala

OPT puts Americans last and should be terminated.
Hany Girgis@SanDiegoKnight

American college grads are literally 7% (at least) more expensive to hire than foreign OPT workers ….because of a ridiculous tax loophole that lets companies skip FICA taxes on those foreign hires. Senator @SenTomCotton introduced the OPT Fair Tax Act on September 30, 2025 to END it and make them pay the same as Americans. This should be the most obvious NO-BRAINER vote in Congress. It’s been sitting in committee for over 7 months with ZERO action. How has this STILL not passed yet? (And yeah — OPT should be banned outright anyway.) Pass the bill NOW and put American workers FIRST. 🇺🇸

Another senator just got caught doing what would end the career of any regular American. Senator John Boozman of Arkansas bought shares of Devon Energy on April 9. He did not disclose the trade until May 8, almost a full month later. Here’s the problem: Boozman sits on the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, the same committee that shapes energy policy in this country. He also sits on subcommittees that oversee commodities and rural energy. In other words, he votes on legislation that directly impacts the oil and gas sector. And then he buys oil and gas stocks. This is not a one-off. A week before he bought Devon, he also bought shares of Constellation Energy on April 2. In the last 3 years alone, Boozman has filed 331 stock trades totaling over $667,000. He has received nearly $150,000 from oil, gas, and coal interests since 2012 according to OpenSecrets. A senator on the energy committee, funded by energy lobbyists, trading energy stocks ahead of energy policy. If a corporate executive did this with their own company's stock, they would be in handcuffs. When a senator does it, it gets a delayed filing and a one-line public disclosure. The system is not broken, it’s working exactly the way it was designed to. If you want to know which stocks insiders are buying, follow us with notifications so you don’t miss our alerts. This is VERY important. A lot of people will wish they followed us sooner.
