@JJTHEGYMRAT Two questions: What do you attribute to raising your HDL? Lower androgen load, diet, cardio?
Explain the TSH reading if you don't mind. Assuming exogenous T3/T4.

Yearly PHA bloodwork came back…
47 years old.
200mg TRT only.
Cardio 3-4x a week
Trying to clean things up without turning into a salad influencer.
A1C: 5.2
Glucose: 90 (non-fasted btw)
HDL: 59 ⬆️ from 33 last year
LDL: 62
Triglycerides: 47
Creatinine: 1.1
TSH: 0.59
Doctor told me:
“This is the healthiest your lungs and overall health have sounded in years.”
Not perfect.
Still chasing abs-some days
But health markers improving!
I’ll take that shit all day. 💯

Was the tail end of my first "cycle" (375 test). I had come back down to a TRT dose and dropped cals to a maintenance level. The results were awesome. Felt like superman in the gym. Recovery, pumps, strength all good. Unfortunately, it knocked HDL from 40somethin to 22 and SHBG from 33 to 7. Now some really like a single digit SHBG but I just feel a lil on edge when it's that low. Anyway, long story short, can't wait to get back on it in a few months lol. Great @ bro

@Pounds_7 @magnus_redux I have it too, and I'm about to start a week at 10, then a week at 20, then 30 for 6-8 weeks. Were you bulking or cutting, and how were the results?

@BowTiedYukon When I first started lifting again about 3 years ago I was on the Carnivore diet... For months I suffered. I had a cheat day on carbs and worked out that afternoon and was like holy shit, what the hell have I been doing... I cannot imagine trying to build muscle w/o carbs.
English

You need carbs, don’t listen to the Ketotards

@DocAbirHealth No. It’s fine 2 days per week, great for sleep and calming/chill effects. Any more and it kills my drive

Talking with another dad this weekend.
He’s been using Retatrutide for a little while now, just increased to 3mg.
He’s not using it to lose weight specifically (though he’s down something like 20 pounds) but actually for the other health benefits.
This guy hates doctors and medicine but did research on Reta and gave it a shot. He told me:
- it’s basically cured his diabetes. Since being diagnosed never saw blood sugar under 200, now never sees ABOVE 150.
- Fatty liver also all cleared up.
-Feels great and can choose to eat whenever but food noise completely under control
This drug is an absolute game changer across the board. Helping you look good is actually only a small piece of it.
Highly recommend researching

I love this piece of equipment, so much so that I bought it for my mom for Christmas a few years ago lol
I don’t care what kind of hinge you do (provided you’re not a power lifter) but everyone should perform some kind of hinge on a regular basis. Your hamstrings, glutes and spinal erectors will thank you

Now that it’s been a day, I think he has very good genetics. Not insane in terms of mass, but very good insertions, muscle bellies, and training response.
This isn’t to take anything away from him. He has tons of receipts and clearly works hard.
I just think most people missed saying this in any way resembles average genetics.
AntiDoc@AntiDoc
.@mihai_vie is 5’10 175lbs. He says he is natural and I believe him. Assuming that is true, would you say his genetics are: Poor? Below average? About average? Good? Very good?

Not long ago, police raided (some) FedEx warehouses in China because they discovered some individuals were using FedEx to ship narcotics, and this caused them to suspend all operations for some time which you already know if you bought with Lumira for example.
It's so bad that a lot of suppliers just switched to China Post instead of the reputable international carriers.
But the downstream effect of that is that also a few peptides sellers got caught, resulting in their businesses shutting down and unable to fulfill orders people paid for.
Sadly, this is the case for Ultrapept and Novavial.
Always true to our commitment to our customers, every single order affected has been entirely refunded.

@art_is_found @GHefflei None of the shit he rattled off is an issue at the doses he mentions.
