@PowerNI Can someone in Power NI explain why when I have downloaded the app and do my own meter reading next day I have a meter reading person come to my house to read the meter. Surely this is defeating the purpose . @powerni

Absolutely disgraceful that the electric was out today for so long in Strabane. @PowerNI can roll out all the excuses they want. Their customers were not informed. I will be moving to a new provider.....update I just realised I had no 50ps for the meter.....
