@bigbadbaboonboy @UKCycleChat @Garmin Scot, If you connect the pedals to the PowerTap Mobile App, are you able to connect both pedals? If not, shoot us an e-mail or give us a call and we can do some troubleshooting

@UKCycleChat has anyone had issues with @PowerTap P1 not reading both pedals on @Garmin 520? Only getting data from left side😫

@chontheroad The transition will take place over the coming weeks with business continuing as normal until further notice. Saris will continue to ship and service PowerTap product on behalf of SRAM during this transition.

@PowerTap when does SRAM take over? 😩😢 I get it , but still no bueno from this consumers view.

@edencyclingbore Our replacement sets usually come with a 1 year warranty. Whether it is under warranty or not, our service team can get you back up and riding

Hey @PowerTap I’ve got a problem with my P1 pedals. My left pedal is going through a battery a week 😢 is there anything I can do to check what’s up? 🙏🏻

@mster_scientist You're going to want to use standard lithium batteries only and avoid all rechargeable batteries. Anything outside of a standard lithium battery could have discrepancies in size as well as reliability.

@PowerTap Hello, when you mention rechargeable batteries, are NiMH rechargeable batteries OK, or do we need to use lithium rechargeable batteries? If lithium rechargeable batteries only, do you have a recommendation for battery type? Thank you.

P1 Pedal Tip: not all batteries are created equal. Choose lithium over alkaline and/or rechargeable for best performance.

@PowerTap it's been over two years since you released the mobile app for iOS, when will you be releasing an Android version?

@pllowry At this time, the only application capable of delivering detailed pedal metrics for Androids is the Rouvy application. We apologize for any inconvenience.

@PowerTap Am I missing sthg or can I really not get detailed pedal metrics on Android for my $1000 #Powertap P1s without paying for a #rouvy subscription? I use my own plans and dont need videos. Why should I have to pay extra to see the metrics from my pedals? @dcrainmakerblog
