Thanks very much @Powercity_Ltd for all your help NOT. Bought a new tv but it wasn’t suitable so tried to exchange for tv that’s twice the price. Zero exchange policy because box was opened. You’ve just lost a v loyal customer.

No reply from info@powercity.ie the worst phone service that is out there leave your number to be called back to be told the same thing, we’ll email indesit, 2 weeks without machine 2 weeks an elderly lady has been calling your call Centre 2 weeks waiting to be resolved

@Powercity_Ltd my wife rings customer about a brand new tv 3 months old no longer function and is informed a engineer will ring her back shortly then another customer person call back is rude and says not to expect a call for couple of day.
