@askcoachboye The most misunderstood exercise. Gets a bad wrap because most people ego lift it to the point where they eliminate ROM
English

Leg Press isn't entirely bad... But people do not focus on muscle building on the machine.. they focus on ego building
Hotiihotii🔥@hotiiofficial
Seeing gym people who can’t barbell squat one rep of 100kg load up 200kg plus on the leg press machine is the reason why I will never rate that exercise

@baasick8 Seems like you’re still under your calories tho. Good job 🙂
English

@joejfamous @AlanRoberts Just to clarify too… 2K is only temporary to lose weight not intended to be maintenance calories
English

@joejfamous @AlanRoberts If you eat in a calorie deficit you will lose weight no matter what. Cortisol at best will cause some water retention (water weight) which will eventually leave your system. 2K calories is not drastic for a 5 foot 9 male. Maybe if you are 6 foot 5

@anymanfitness During my 200 pound weight loss there was so many times I had to really tap in and tell myself I know the science behind this not to drive myself insane. It’s a long journey with up and down scale numbers
English

@rachaelbereba That’s what I tell anyone who asks. Find a way to make it fun. You will basically live in the gym and eat healthy from there 🙂
English

@Powercodefit It became fun 👏
Impressive weight loss

@neutralevq @mide_io I was just like “eat 2000 calories a day” and lift weights so you don’t lose muscle. For nutrition I did basic food swaps - soda into diet soda, bread into keto bread, regular ground beef to very lean ground beef. You would be surprised the amount of calories u shave off

BMI is accurate for people who don’t lift, which is most people.
Crémieux@cremieuxrecueil
There are a few people for whom BMI doesn't indicate obesity. Very few. Comparing BMI to body fat-based assessments, there's >98% agreement, with 97% for men and 99.9% for women. BMI works well at the population level!

@Jiggy_Bantty Bad nutrition and no tracking progressive overload
