@Odoo I’m a customer in the Middle East and have been trying to set up a Procurement platform on Odoo now for almost 6 months with limited progress. The team is not customer centric and I have to ask for updates on progress 4 times before I get a response. Very dissatisfied

@CalumLaming @British_Airways my pregnant wife and I experienced probably the worst customer service from an airline in our lives after landing at Heathrow on 25th June. After 2 weeks of contacting BA customer service every day, we still have no idea where our checked bags are.

I can confirm what Jakob is saying as well. The contact number of Ecourierair.co.uk does not work or is not being attended to. I am flying back home tomorrow morning and still haven’t received my bags

@British_Airways Really? My ‘holiday’ is coming to an end dealing with you and your partners’ incompetence at delivering 2 bags. Thank you for a memorable experience as my delivery keeps getting delayed with no discernible explanation..

@British_Airways Thanks @British_Airways but your courier cannot be reached on the phone or via email. Also I think it’s your responsibility to get my bags to me not the courier’s

@MonicaVinader what’s your policy on returns to the store in Selfridges? We purchased a ring at your Canary Wharf branch which was the wrong size and tried to exchange it for the right size at Selfridges but they refuse to exchange it for us.

5 days since you told me to ‘go home’ without my bags because of a software glitch at Heathrow. You have then hired an incompetent courier company incapable of answering a phone let alone deliver my bags. Time to let you go after 15 years together!

@HelloFreshUK cancelled my subscription over a month ago but received a box out of the blue today, that I refused. Have still been charged £49 for it and can’t understand why that’s happened since I did not want the box. Can someone help?
