Not only am I astonished to find *The Crucifixion* just out in Korean, Eerdmans now tells me that a Portuguese edition is in the works. Somebody please tell me about the Church in Portugal.

On 9/11, I was on a flight from Madrid, Spain to Washington, DC. I had been on a just-pre-marriage trip with a friend. We were halfway across the Atlantic when I noticed that the little plane icon on the seat TV had turned around, and was heading the wrong way. 1/

But what is most on my heart, to begin perhaps in two or three years, is a book on heaven. Something non-frothily devotional, exegetically fueled, that draws deeply on the Puritans, Edwards, and Bavinck. We do not think enough about heaven.

Looking forward to my next 3 writing projects, DV: 1. Short book defending orthodox doctrine of hell 2. Theology of 2 Corinthians in a coming series edited by Tom Schreiner and Brian Rosner 3. Technical monograph on inaugurated eschatology in Mark I've been working on since 2012
