It seems a lot of people in the comments do not understand the process. After the questions, is negotiations with the entire Federal, and Provincial Gov, including all First Nations. They plan to fracture Alberta by allowing regions to opt out. That's why we need to pressure USA for help

He can't. That is the legal process if a Province wants to leave. We must negotiate with The federal, all provinces and first nations. Then their plan will be to fracture Alberta enough until we give up. It will give us leverage to negotiate a slightly better deal, but if you want to leave, America is the only answer.
