Appalling service from @TheAA_UK overnight vulnerable lone male initially told 3 hours wait for recovery , then informed another 3 , eventually 10 hours wait !! Total disgrace life time member … not any more. Definitely not the 3rd emergency service 😡

@emmaj386 @TicketmasterCS mine did not arrive at all Emma … eventually i was contacted by Ticketmaster who changed my delivery to e-ticket ….not ideal as tickets were a present 🎁 but only option . Hope your get yours soon 🎫
