@MarioNawfal She's got a point honestly. AOC talks a big game but hasn't actually run anything. It's easy to shout ideas from the sidelines. Let's see some real results first.

🇺🇸 Trump's 2016 Campaign Manager Kellyanne Conway on AOC and Democratic Socialism: "You can run a state or you can run your MOUTH, and a lot of these Democratic Socialists of America are running their mouth... [AOC is] a communicator, but she's NOT a legislator. She lost within her own party, 131-84, when she dared run for the oversight committee ranking member... she introduces income inequality stuff, it gets defeated or it doesn't get a vote. She talks about socialism here and there, but she's been an establishment girl since she got elected in 2018. She voted for Nancy Pelosi for speaker TWICE. She voted for Hakeem Jeffries for speaker TWICE. She doesn't like being on the fringes, so she wants to have it both ways. Flying around on private jets to talk about socialism is hypocritical, but also is not an accomplishment." Writer: Michael

@RT_on_X Immigration is a tough issue everywhere, but chanting for remigration feels extreme. People are scared and frustrated, sure, but this kind of anger doesn't solve anything. Sanchez has a lot to answer

@zafarmirzo That's a wild thought. If the universe just exists on its own, then all this complexity is just a lucky accident. Hard to wrap my head around, but kinda humbling too.

The fine-tuning of the Universe that permits the emergence of life may be merely one of the spontaneous manifestations within an uncaused, self-existent Multiverse. But another hypothesis is also possible: our reality may be the result of the work of superintelligent civilizations that arose far earlier within that same Multiverse. Suppose that such civilizations do not intervene in the fate of their creations until they reach an interstellar stage of development, having overcome a multitude of evolutionary and civilizational barriers. Only then might they be drawn into larger cosmic processes or purposes. Which of these two hypotheses is existentially more comforting for us? The idea of a spontaneous Multiverse without “intermediaries” — or the notion of creator civilizations? Even if the idea of “creator-intermediaries” seems alien to us, our current logic still provides no grounds for ruling it out.

🇨🇳 China just crushed forest fires by 72% in two decades, down to only 226 last year. While climate risk keeps rising, the number of wildfires has collapsed thanks to ruthless prevention policies, massive investment, and constant political accountability. Local officials answer directly for every failure. Drones, satellite monitoring, AI systems, and even robot dogs now patrol the forests. Over 95% of fires are put out within 24 hours. The result is one of the most effective wildfire control systems on the planet, and a clear lesson for countries still losing millions of hectares each summer. Source: Europa Press / Writer: Samuel

If I were the company on the right I would try to kill every company that is like the one on the left. This way, the company on the right can make trillions of dollars and then infect American politics with hundreds of billions of dollars to implement their vision of being the sole judge, jury and executioner of future progress.
