@ukagarwal Can you tell what is the susbtantial relief? Suppose if this relief is not given, how much tax you would be paid otherwise? I just want to understand what is a substantial relief? Seems you were born poor, lived lower middle and die poor.

12L tax free is the dhokla mixed with sambhar provided by PM & FM to fool the citizens. The effective tax on first 12L is not even 5%. If FM is saying 12L is tax free then 12L must be removed from the gross income & tax should be applied on the remaining as per the slabs.

BIG NEWS 🚨 Karnataka small vendors quitting UPI. A vegetable vendor got a ₹29 lakh GST notice for UPI sales. The notice states, “You have done transactions worth ₹1.63 crore in the last four years, for which, you have to pay GST of ₹29 lakh.” Many vendors are shifting back to cash. This goes against the government's push for a cashless economy.
