The millions of tons of coal that travel by rail across the U.S. and through #CurtisBay produce harmful dust that flies from uncovered rail cars into our breathing air, our waterways, and ultimately our lungs. #ICYMI, yesterday I questioned #EPA Administrator Michael Regan on a letter I sent to his agency in SUPPORT of a petition seeking to have covers placed on railroad cars carrying coal.
