Unsolicited advice on anyone planning to buy a house in Pune / PCMC. Get a map of 2010 or pre 2010 Pune / PCMC and check the area under the municipal corporation limits. And buy a house only inside that perimeter. The reason being Pune's real estate boom was rapid and unplanned bcz of the growth of IT parks and quality of life it offers. All these areas Hinjewadi, Kharadi, Wagholi, Keshav Nagar, Mundhwa, Undri Pisoli, NIBM, Punawale, Tathawade, Ravet were barren lands / farms just 20-25 yrs ago. There are no water connections, u have to rely on Tankers, the service roads are in a mess, u will spend hours in traffic daily to get to your home because roads weren't planned keeping such growth in the mind. Most of these projects are built on nalas and springs, be ready to have water logged in ur society for days. And because of rampant construction and unauthorised RMC plants its always polluted and dusty. Its borderline unlivable.

Details shared by Kartik This is the incident of Bangalore BTM layout Main Tavarekere Road. When I was coming back from office a drunk cab driver was standing middle of the lane from where I have to go inside and I have to park my vehicle. So I honk him to 3 times but on the fourth he start abusing and rest is in the video I am the person who is driving the blue colour venue car and I kept Cab car is white colour. A person from second floor recorded this video and shared to me for a better proof of the incident that has happened!
